		<description><![CDATA[Have successfully managed to ignore the Black Friday week-end but so many people do not - they get swept up in the &quot;excitement&quot; - worried they might be missing something.

So thank you for a very relevant reminder that we can all do with less, and make better use of what we, or other people, already have. There are some really great ideas here like repair cafes and #secondhandfirst. 

It&#039;s so disappointing that householders are making the effort to recycle as much glass, paper, food as possible but then so many electronic and electrical products are dumped in landfill after such short lifespans.
